Our Clinic
Dr. Moran joined Dentistry of the Ozarks in August of 2022 and immediately began expanding services, upgrading technology, sprucing the clinic’s décor and lengthening the list of accepted insurances to include Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Dental Network of America, GEHA Connection Dental Network, Humana, MetLife, Principal, TeamCare and United Concordia Dental plans. His goal is for you to be comfortable. This is why we offer a cozy living room-style lobby, a coffee bar, your choice of sparkling or flat water, a blanket and a pillow during your service, as well as picture-window views of our courtyard filled with birds, flowers and a koi pond. As a father of four, Dr. Moran understands the convenience of having a dental home for the entire family so he provides dental care for children of all ages and adults. He recommends children visit our clinic every six months after their first tooth arrives.

Brandy McCarley
Dental Hygienist
Brandy has been in the dental industry for 26 years. Originally from Scranton, Arkansas, she graduated in the top 3 in her class at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). Her favorite part of working at Dentistry of the Ozarks is getting to know her patients, many of whom have watched her daughter Natalie grow up through pictures displayed in Brandy's work area. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with the Arkansas Mission of Mercy, traveling to cities including New York and New Orleans, reading psychological thrillers and binge-watching Netflix with her husband Brad and dogs Oakley and Kahlua.

Shannon Roberts
Dental Hygienist
A graduate of UAMS and a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Shannon has completed advanced training in gum disease and oral cancer over the course of her 23-year career. She enjoys getting to know her patients and was touched when one of them created a plaque made of horseshoes for her after her father passed away. A resident of Huntsville, Arkansas, she lives with her husband Darren, son Cameron, albino chihuahua Molly and miniature pinscher Gus. When not seeing patients, Shannon enjoys volunteering at Echo Clinic in Eureka Springs, reading Patricia Cornwell books and shopping for mid-century modern furniture, art and accent pieces. Her favorite mid-century finds are Rya rugs.

Evelyn Burkett
Patient Care Coordinator
Evelyn has been in the dental industry for close to 30 years. Many Dentistry of the Ozarks patients have known her since she had her now-grown children, Corrigan and Sydnie. As patient care coordinator, Evelyn forms special bonds with patients as she educates them about their oral care needs. Over the years she has received very special gifts from patients including a wedding band from a patient that is a retired jeweler and a hand-crocheted baby blanket. She enjoys volunteering for the Springdale High School softball team, rescuing dogs and baking when not in the office. Her brownies are epic!
Clinic Technology
Our dental technology was recently updated to include three-dimensional (3D) imaging with the CareStream 8200 for better issue diagnosing and treatment. Our goal is to identify issues before they become large problems. Additionally, our team uses the iTero™ wand-style scanner so you no longer need to take goopy impressions of your teeth. This means less mess and less time you have to spend in the dental chair.

Giving Back
Dentistry of the Ozarks is proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkoma with a mission of providing a "home away from home" for families of hospitalized children. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkoma has been fulfilling its mission, with the help of the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley communities, since 1999. In that time, they have served over 17,000 children and families. Dr. Moran and his team participate in the Adopt-A-Room and Share-A-Meal programs at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. When he began giving back to Ronald McDonald House Charities, Dr. Moran had no idea his family would use their services only a short time later when his fourth child, Charlotte, was born. She remained in the neonatal intensive care unit for five days, during which Ronald McDonald House blessed his family with a place to stay while visiting their little girl, who today is a healthy, vibrant child.
