Payment can be made online through our website or in-person at our clinic.
We accept most Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Guardian, Delta Dental, Always Care, Anthem, Cigna, Dental Network of America, Metlife, Lincoln Financial, Ameritas, Principal, and United Concordia insurance plans. For plans we are not in network for, we are happy to file insurance for you to be reimbursed.

No Insurance? Join the Ozarks Club
The Ozarks Club is a membership plan offered by Dentistry of the Ozarks for patients without dental insurance. Dr. Moran created this club to help patients afford preventive dental care, including yearly cleanings, exams and x-rays. Cleanings every 6 months remove plague and bacteria while dental exams catch issues before they become larger problems. Prioritize your oral health by becoming a member of the Ozarks Club today. ​

Additional Details
Patients with gum disease require extra cleaning time not included in this membership plan. If you require extra cleanings beyond the two included in the Ozarks Club plan, costs will not be covered by your Ozarks Club membership. However, a 10% discount will be applied. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted forms of payment for the Ozarks Club. CareCredit is not accepted for the Ozarks Club. Memberships automatically renew yearly at the month of initial sign-up. Renewal fees are charged on the credit card stored in the patient’s file. Ozarks Club value is calculated based on the cost, without dental insurance, of Dentistry of the Ozarks services included in the membership, excluding Invisalign and treatment discounts and credits.
